The Negocium Group
The Negocium Group consults in New Business Development (NBD), Strategy & Portfolio (S&P), and Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures (MA&D). In addition, training in negotiation skills, project management, leadership and other areas is offered.
The mission of the Negocium Group is to help our clients negotiate a better outcome. First, we get a clear focus on the client’s definition of success (i.e. what their goals, priorities and boundary conditions are). Then provide resources that will focus on achieving these goals.
What does the name mean?
The English word “negotiate” comes from the Latin word “negotium” or business. A phonetic spelling is Negocium.
