• Faced with a change, say a possible Acquisition or Divestiture? Your company doesn’t do this type or size of deal often and may not have the staff? It seems like overkill to hire an Investment Bank (IBank).
• IBanks are expensive, may not know your business and will take up staff time trying to learn it. An IBank gets the credit if the deal is successful,  but may not take the blame if it is not.

• The Negocium group can come in early, when assessing opportunities. Work through the deal and help hire an IBank, if desired. We can also stay through the critical, yet often overlooked transition and implementation phase.

Training

• Your company has high potential employees. They are smart and beyond competent, but what got them to this stage will not get them to the next level.
• They need to be seen as high performing leaders, able to get things done through others, see the “big picture”, think commercially and be able to successfully negotiate in difficult times within the company and externally. Training is needed.
